The herd is charging.
“When herding behaviour among investors ramps up, a stock’s or index’s growth rate can increase faster than exponentially, leading to more herding. This positive feedback brings the system to a tipping point. About two-thirds of the time, a crash results”
— Didier Sornette
Don’t be trampled when the herd trips over its feet.
This is a Sornette bubble. It accelerates upwards until it runs out of “fuel” and then it crashes. The herd buys each dip more quickly than the last. My strategy is OTM index puts (Stock indices) and calls (Treasuries) together with patience at this point. Could be days, could be a couple of months. Patience, grasshopper.
